Executive coaching that changes how you lead, not just what you know

Most senior leaders don't lack knowledge. They lack a structured space to think, challenge assumptions, and rehearse the conversations that matter. That's what we provide: a rigorous, confidential coaching programme built around your real priorities.

Four signals that coaching would shift things for you

Coaching isn't for everyone at every moment. It works best when at least one of these feels familiar.

Your role outgrew your preparation

You stepped into a bigger scope six to eighteen months ago. The technical skills that got you here don't cover what's being asked of you now: influencing a board, managing ambiguity across functions, or leading people who used to be peers.

Feedback keeps circling the same theme

Whether it's "too direct," "not visible enough," or "struggles to delegate," you've heard the same note from two or more sources. You know it matters, but you haven't found a way to act on it that sticks.

Decisions feel heavier than they should

You're spending too long in deliberation loops, second-guessing calls after making them, or avoiding a conversation with a direct report because the stakes feel unclear. The issue isn't competence; it's decision architecture.

You're planning a deliberate career move

A board appointment, a lateral shift into a new sector, or a transition to portfolio work. You want a structured sounding board for the positioning, narrative, and timing, not generic career advice.

How a coaching engagement unfolds

Each programme runs for four to six months. Here's the sequence, start to finish.

01

Diagnostic call

A 30-minute conversation where we identify whether coaching is the right intervention. No charge, no obligation. If the fit isn't there, we'll say so and suggest alternatives.

02

Stakeholder mapping

We interview two or three people you work with closely. Not a 360 survey; a targeted set of questions designed to surface the specific perception gaps that matter most for your objectives.

03

Fortnightly sessions

Seventy-five-minute sessions, either in person at our Klockoridge office or via video. Each session has a written brief sent 48 hours ahead so we start sharp, not with small talk.

04

Mid-point review

At the halfway mark we revisit the original objectives, check progress against the stakeholder themes, and adjust focus for the second half. This keeps the programme honest.

05

Close and carry-forward plan

The final session produces a one-page carry-forward document: what changed, what to watch, and what to practise over the following six months without a coach.

Coaching domains

Leadership presence and influence

How you land in a room matters as much as your argument. We work on vocal authority, narrative structure for board presentations, and the micro-behaviours that build or erode trust in the first ninety seconds of any interaction.

Transition coaching

The first hundred days in a new role set the tone for everything after. We map the political landscape, identify quick wins that signal competence without overreach, and build a 90-day communication rhythm with your new team. Clients in transition typically complete eight sessions over three months.

Strategic decision-making

When you're responsible for calls that affect hundreds of people and millions in revenue, the quality of your thinking process matters more than the quantity of data. We use structured frameworks drawn from behavioural economics to pressure-test assumptions, reduce confirmation bias, and shorten deliberation cycles without increasing risk.

Things people ask before they commit

A standard six-month programme with fortnightly sessions, stakeholder interviews, and the carry-forward plan is priced at £4,800 plus VAT. Shorter three-month engagements for specific transitions run at £2,900 plus VAT. We invoice monthly, not upfront.

Yes. Around 60 per cent of our clients are sponsored by their employer. We provide a brief proposal document you can share with HR or your line manager, and we're happy to join a short call to explain the format if that helps secure approval.

The diagnostic call exists partly for this reason. If either of us feels the fit isn't right, we part ways with no hard feelings. After the first paid session, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. We'd rather lose a client than deliver mediocre work.

Completely. When an employer sponsors the coaching, we agree a set of broad themes to report on (e.g. "leadership presence" or "stakeholder management") but never share session content, personal disclosures, or specific examples. The coaching agreement spells this out before the first session.

We do, provided the time-zone overlap allows sessions during UK business hours. About a quarter of our current clients are based in continental Europe or the Middle East and work with us entirely via video.
